Our Fax Solution

Liberty Interconnect offers a fax solution that will enable you to maximize productivity and reduce costs by routing faxes to your e-mail address.

How it works

You purchase as many new fax numbers from us as you need and tell us the e-mail address to which the faxes should be forwarded. It's that simple! You can even route one fax number to more than one e-mail address!

What are the advantages?

Confidentiality
Faxes are routed to your e-mail address and not to the local machine where others may see confidential information not intended for them.
Cost and Flexibilty
How many junk faxes do you receive per day? Each one uses toner for your fax and paper, both of which are costly.

As for flexibility, you can view your faxes and decide whether to print them or not. You may decide to delete them or not. You can also save time and money by eliminating the job of distributing faxes to users.
Archiving of faxes
How long do you keep important faxes on your desk before you can't find what you need because it's buried deep under a pile of paper? With our solution, you can print or view your e-mail received whenever needed. You can also change the fax subject from "Fax from 514-931-1183" to "Fax from Liberty concerning fax service" and search later on "Liberty" and see ALL e-mail's and faxes with the word "Liberty".
The remote office
In today's connected world, people are travelling more and van pick-up their voice-mail and e-mail messages when out of office. But what about faxes? With our solution, when you're away you can still pick up your faxes when you pick up your e-mail. There are no long distance charges and you don't even have to tell the sender you are out of town @ XXX-XXX-XXXX fax number!
Technology
How many fax machines do you have at your office? We have multiple lines set up so that your company can receive numerous faxes at the same time instead of customers getting busy signals. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and will allow you to receive faxes quicker.

What about sending faxes?

We've looked into the possibility of allowing users to send faxes from the're at their desk or half way around the world. It's an attractive alternative to printing out a report, having to find the destination number, faxing it, and then waiting for confirmation that fax went through. It will result in savings in terms of toner and employee time. You can use your e-mail address book, so you don't need to know the fax number. Lastly, you'll receive confirmation by e-mail that the fax was transmitted successfully!

Despite the many advantages, we, as the provider, would have many costs to calculate for long distance charges and it is extremely difficult to track. Therefore, for the time being we have decided to solve the outbound faxing on a client per client basis. We can set this solution up for you using your lines and you will see the benefit instantly.

What are others saying about electronic faxing?

Electronic fax solutions have been around for years now, so why has the idea not taken off? Because many companies don't leverage their existing network infrastrucutre to implement their fax solution. Instead, they implement the solution at the PC level, buying CD-ROMs, modems and printers for EVERY PC. Our fax solution allows you to implement at the NETWORK level, which is more efficient and less costly.
