User Information

- We have recently added more modems to improve our service.
- We now boast a one to four modem to user ratio. Other providers only offer 1 to 15 and even 1 to 20! We also have a huge "backend" because of our clients' corporate demands during the day. Since these clients' connections are not active at night, that backend is available to our dial-up customers at night for "fun surfing". Enjoy!
- We offer only digital lines for faster, better performance.
- The best "standard number" is 514-940-2063.
- The old numbers will still work.
- Analog users with 33.6 modems or less should dial 393-3410.
- 56K users may see performance improvements by dialing 393-3982 (X2 or V90).
- Dedicated users should dial 940-0665.
- We own the "liberty-i.net" domain.
- All our users can tell people their E-mail address is "xxxx@liberty-i.ca" as before or "xxxx@liberty-i.net". Don't forget to change your mail program so that whichever address you desire will appear on the E-mails you send.
